Can I use Workshopy and Slido together?
Yes, and for a conference-style session that is often the right call: Slido for audience Q&A across the whole event, Workshopy for the hands-on workshop track where people work at their own pace. They solve different halves of the room.
Does Workshopy do live polls like Slido?
It does polls, but as one feature rather than the product. A broadcast can be an announcement, an acknowledge prompt, or a single- or multiple-choice poll, aggregated live on the host dashboard. Graded quizzes are a separate step type authored in the same Markdown file. Slido's polling toolset is broader — word clouds, ranking, quizzes with leaderboards.
Do I need slides to use Workshopy?
No. The workshop content is the Markdown document, rendered for each participant on their own device. Many hosts still present or talk over it — Workshopy runs alongside Zoom, Meet or a physical room, it does not replace them.
